Hi everyone,
I wanted to use this first post to give you some basic information about my impending journey out to Los Angeles.
- I will be leaving around the 16th/17th of August; driving out with my books, bike, and clothes (along with other misc. trinkets.)
- Currently, what I will be doing in LA is not set in stone. There are a few different ministry opportunities out there and I'm chatting with God about which direction to head in. When I know, you'll know!
- I will be doing a little support raising for my first year in the Southland. If you are interested in helping me out...let me know. That would be neat.
- If you could, please be in prayer for me about this whole adventure. You could pray about ministry leadings, logistical things, emotional, spiritual, & financial support, earthquakes...anything really!
FUN FACT:
The Chicagoland area (roughly 11,000 sq. miles,) comprised of parts of Wisconsin, Illinois, & Indiana currently has about 9.5 million residents.
The Los Angeles Metropolitan Area (roughly 5,000 sq. miles) is home to about 18 million residents.
